Public Housing Applications
Applications for the Public Housing Program are available every 3rd Wednesday of every month, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, at 502 S Bacher St, Bunnell, FL, 32110. You must apply in person. We will send out a paper application to verified elderly and disabled applicants after written request. Public Housing applications NOT available online.

Section 8 Voucher Applications
Flagler/Clay County Housing Authority will be accepting applications online for the Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List beginning at 8:30 AM on Monday, April 16, 2025. It will remain open until 250 applications have been received.

We have programs to provide housing assistance. In order to apply for assistance, you must apply to get on the waitlist for the specific housing program you are eligible for. Anyone can apply only when the waitlist is open.
