Effective immediately, the Flagler County Housing Authority (FCHA) is accepting applications for Public Housing units for qualifying persons and/or families for one-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom units. Applications may be submitted in person at the OUR House Resource Center, Monday through Friday during regular business hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

As an accommodation, applicants may submit a written request for an application. Applicants may fax, email, or submit written requests in person. Additionally, applicants must submit a copy of current ID. Only after both are received by Flagler County Housing Authority will a paper application be provided.
Please be advised of the following:
- Applications are for the Public Housing waitlist ONLY and is not for the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) waitlist.
- The Flagler County Housing Authority does not provide immediate or emergency housing assistance.
- Average wait times may range from six (6) months to three (3) years or longer, depending on unit availability and applicant eligibility.
Applicants who meet the eligibility requirements and submit a complete application by the deadline will have their applications processed in accordance with FCHA policies and applicable HUD regulations.
